How HTS Asset Tracking works

Three steps from empty project to a finished closeout workbook.

Set up the projectOn the Setup tab, enter the project number, client and site. This stamps every record and your export.

Capture devices, room by roomTap Set room, then scan a barcode or fill the fields and hit Save device. The running list shows everything you've logged per room.

Review & exportThe Review tab flags anything missing or duplicated, then lets you download the Excel workbook and a photo bundle.
Handy to know • Scan box auto-sorts serials, MACs and UPCs to the right field.
• Turn on Repeat device type to carry make/model to the next unit.
• Passive device skips serial/power for brackets & plates.
• Works fully offline once loaded.
